Interior

Sam's interior work began in 1994 with a commission to design a London nightclub, and grew into bars, restaurants, clubs and shops across London and beyond — Zilli, Six Degrees, Café de Paris, Dirty Martini and The Golden Bee among them. This is interior architecture rather than decoration: Sam designs and builds the fabric of a space, from staircases, steel screens and fitted joinery to complete fit-outs. Recent work includes houseboats designed and built from the hull up, most recently for LAB Architects.
